New York State’s Changes in Marijuana Legislation have created challenges for New York State employers. In this presentation, attendees will learn what employers can and can not do, strategies for dealing with employees who may be impaired by marijuana or smell like marijuana. Additionally, attendees will receive a brief model policy and reasonable suspicion form related to use of marijuana in a non-Department of transportation regulated setting.
