
DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training

$175Department of Transportation Regulations Part 382.603 requires all persons designated to supervise operators of commercial motor vehicles who hold Commercial Driver’s Licenses, receive at least two hours of training on Alcohol Misuse and Controlled Substance use. Supervisors should use this training to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require a driver to submit for testing.

- Those who could be responsible for determining whether cause exists for reasonable suspicion drug or alcohol testing
