Fall Protection

$175This program is designed to provide employees who work at heights with information on the fundamentals of fall prevention and protection systems, equipment, procedures, as well as the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D.
Participants will learn:
- The nature of fall hazards in work areas
- The correct procedure for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems used
- Use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, and other protections
- Roles of employees
- Correct procedures for the handling and storage of equipment and materials and the erection of overhead protection
